Resending as netCDF driver still missing from terra 1.7.3 for Mac

Subject: netCDF driver missing from package terra 1.6.7 for Mac
Package terra 1.6.7 for Mac (x86_64 version) does not have the netCDF driver.
I have checked with Robert Hijmans who confirms that this important driver is
present in the Windows build, but missing from the Mac build.
Could the package be built again to include the netCDF driver?
