I came across a problem with the macOS R-4.0.0.pkg released in April and verified that it's still in the R-4.0-branch.pkg released 1-Jun-2020. The problem is that the packages "tcltk.pkg" and "texinfo.pkg" contain the same identifier "org.r-project.x86_64.texinfo".
