Hi, We're also facing this problem with our builds for BioC 3.9 (which are based on R-devel): https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.9/bioc-LATEST/index.html
As you can see for the Mac builds we're using the latest R-devel Mac binary from r.research.att.com, which is lagging 7 months behind. An update about this situation would be appreciated. Thanks! H.
