The link in "in our libs directory" refers to http://r.research.att.com/lib which should be http://r.research.att.com/libs 2. higer ==> higher (and maybe change OS X into macOS ?. Apple seems to do that on https://developer.apple.com/download/more/?=command%20line%20tools since December 12, 2016) 3. In the text "(note that the offical Clang 4.0.0 binaries on support macOS 10.12)" - offical ==> official - I don't understand ... binaries on ... ; shouldn't "on" be "only"? Apologies for nitpicking but the link to libs didn't "work".
