Hi everyone Instats is offering a new 4-day workshop on Bayesian Spatial and Spatio-Temporal Health Modeling in R <https://instats.org/seminar/bayesian-spatial-and-spatio-temporal-mod2>, running Jan 7 - 10 with professor Andrew Lawson. This workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to techniques for analyzing spatial and spatio-temporal data. While the examples used will be primarily from the health sciences, this hands-on workshop is designed to equip PhD students, academics, and professional researchers with the skills to conduct cutting-edge research across a broad range of health and social science fields using spatial data. Leveraging the power of R and OpenBugs software, the examples used will come from health research, including professor Lawson's extensive work in the field, but the methods and code are applicable to problems encountered in the health sciences and beyond.
Sign up today <https://instats.org/seminar/bayesian-spatial-and-spatio-temporal-mod2> to secure your spot in this exciting 4-day event, and please feel free to tell your colleagues and students.
