I updated my package, but found a NOTE for r-devel-linux-x86_64-debian-clang.

The NOTE is:

Found the following HTML validation problems:
pkgs.html:66:9 (pkgs.Rd:24): Warning: <code> anchor "pkgs" already defined
As is often the case, these NOTES do not inform me at all. What does this NOTE
entail exactly, and why is the issue only present for Debian?
