Dear List, I thank you for the replies. Sorry for cross-posting. I solved the issue. This error occurred because I forgot to specify the item "Version:" in the DESCRIPTION file. "Protocol Error" , all mandatory items (from protocol) should be specified in the DESCRIPTION file.
