I don't see an empty page, I see an explanation for the problem:

there is no package called 'lme4'

ERROR: lazy loading failed for package 'replicateBE'
If you look at the lme4 page, you'll see it succeeded, so this was
probably a transient error while it was being rebuilt.
If you see nothing "as usual", there may be a problem at your end
stopping you from downloading the info.
