Something with the ellipsis installation on the check machines seems
broken, this is something for the CRAN team (which I am a member of) and
will be fixed.

I am fairly new to packages and CRAN and I am not sure if the pre-tests are
doing the same thing as the winbuilder when sent from devtools.
When searching for a possible solution I found this thread that looks like
tibble might be causing the issue if it is not updated to 3.0.3 but I am
not sure (
