Instead of help(oldFunction) giving the example
oldFunction(x = something, option = "XYZ")
show the user, via comments in the example, how to convert the old usage to
the new
# replace oldFunction(x = something, option = "XYZ") by
newFunction(object = log(something), method = "XYZ-log")
