This is pretty basic stuff we discussed here many times:

It is good practice to register native routines and to disable symbol
search.
See 'Writing portable packages' in the 'Writing R Extensions' manual.

This is indeed discussed at length in 'Writing R Extensions', which happens
to come with your installation of R. I also wrote three different blog posts
about how to create such init routines (easily, more easily, easiest).
If you were to use Rcpp (which you don't have to, of course) then the
routines would have been written for you automatically.
The other is a simple 'R (>= 3.3.1)' not matching the "end in zero" requirement
so please make it 'R (>= 3.3.0)'.
The one about the LICENSE is fine.
