And what is worse is that you are now an innocent bystander injured by the shrapnel from our Rcpp upload (0.12.12 is as of yet unreleased and currently in testing at CRAN) which is about as orthogonal to your package upload as can be. Systems like rhub use Docker container to seperate testing environments. On win-builder everything seems to be one big happy family ...
