Interesting. Where are these files? igraph has had .pmt files in src/ for >10 years, and I never had any problems with them. They do not show up in recent checks, either: https://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-devel-linux-x86_64-debian-clang/igraph-00check.html Maybe you have them in a different directory?
