https://gitlab.com/iembry/install.load/raw/master/R/install_load.R is the link to raw R code for my package. I have been successful at building the package on GNU/Linux, but building on Windows fails. I have used R 3.2.3 in both cases.

I have created the R code with the Kate text editor. I have not had this issue in the past with any of my R packages using the Kate text editor. I have a few packages that have the same issue.
