I have problem in ordering data frame. Could anyone help me?
> x
[,1] [,2] [,3]
[1,] "A" "1" "2"
[2,] "G" "3" "2"
[3,] "E" "2" "3"
> y
[,1] [,2] [,3]
[1,] "G" "3" "3"
[2,] "A" "3" "3"
[3,] "E" "3" "3"
I would like to order data frame x by the order of column 1 of data frame y,
as follow,
[,1] [,2] [,3]
[1,] "G" "3" "2"
[2,] "A" "1" "2"
[3,] "E" "2" "3"
