Hi group, I've spent half a day trying to figure this out and searched through different forums. I've tried to load EBImage but am getting the following problem:
>Error in inDL(x, as.logical(local), as.logical(now), ...) : > cannot initialize ImageMagick >Error: package/namespace load failed for 'EBImage' My path is like this: C:\\Program Files\\ImageMagick-6.6.1-Q16;C:\\GTK\\bin;C:\\WINDOWS\\system32;....... My sessionInfo() > sessionInfo() R version 2.10.1 (2009-12-14) i386-pc-mingw32 locale: [1] LC_COLLATE=English_United States.1252 LC_CTYPE=English_United States.1252 LC_MONETARY=English_United States.1252 [4] LC_NUMERIC=C LC_TIME=English_United States.1252 I've tried to remove EBImage and reinstall, shut down the PC and restart after installing and so forth. Still it doesn't help much.
