It depends on what you want them for. With win.metafile, what is the problem with multiple files? You can still include them in powerpoint/word. If you want it in one file, then use PDF and you can cut/paste the graph from the pages that you want. I typically create a PDF file if I have a number of graphs and then use the 'snapshot' under Adobe Reader to capture the output for my document. It usually has enough resolution.
