Hi R enthusiasts, I am using JRI which is great to run R commands from Java. (Please let me know if this is the wrong forum for those questions). Its straightforward to run single R commands via JRI, but what I really would like to do is running existing R scripts from that interface. Does any of you know ways how this can be done? The examples and the documentation are poor and there seems to be only limited material about the entire package.
