What I want is change following data

alc status age freq
1 0 0 0 408
2 1 0 0 64
3 0 1 0 26
4 1 1 0 30
5 0 0 1 258
6 1 0 1 45
7 0 1 1 78
8 1 1 1 66
To this table.
age =0
alc
0 1
status 0 408 64
1 26 30
age =1
alc
0 1
status 0 258 45
1 78 66
How can I do that?
