It did not like absolute paths (unless I had spelled them out
improperly.) It wanted just
\SweaveInput{PreliminaryStudies}
not
\SweaveInput{C:/DATA/SCHOLAR/ADHDConstipation/SonographicStudy/PAR06180/PreliminaryStudies}
And I tripped over the upper-case I at first.
