Hi: I think I saw a link where the author clarified the original article and explained more clearly that the design of R had it roots in S/S+. I don't remember where I saw it but it's somewhere. Also, I think it's jumping the gun to claim that anyone lied to anyone before doing the research and knowing that FOR SURE but that's just my opinion and you are entitled to yours.
