I wonder if anyone is familiar with the priprobit software (Sakuma M. 1998. Probit analysis of preference data. Appl Entomol Zool. 33:339–34). I would like to replicate the same analysis and output in R. Of note, I want to determine the analytical sensitivity, defined as 95% cut-off value.
