Your question is rather too vague to address clearly. (You also need to figure 
out how to post plain text format or a more precise question will be blendered 
by the html formatting. Do read the Posting Guide, though controlling your 
email client is your problem to solve.)

In general, with genetic algorithms for efficiency you need to use 
domain-specific intelligent methods to minimize the number of invalid parameter 
combinations generated. We know nothing about your problem domain, and even if 
we did it would likely be too off-topic to get into that here.
