I don't.

However, Comma-Separated Values (CSV) are, comma separated, by definition.
So, if the files use semicolons, then...

Also, the use of the wrong sep="my.delim" argument is the most likely cause
of single column output.

However, you're right, I don't really know, I'm just guessing...
