Erin,

I do not think there is an R package that will enable you to get the data you would like from spotcrime.com.

You could write code, in R, or some other language, to extract the data you want but that is going to be a changeling task and if the website changes its format then your code may suddenly stop working. Also, the people who run spotcrime.com may not be happy if you do so.
