 Dear All,
Kindly tell me the steps to perform analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). Can I find
anything in the help(). My prime objective is to analyze the genotypic and

Thanks,

RSiteSearch("{analysis of covariance}", restrict="function")

would be a good way to identify possible functions. Among other things, this points to lm() in the stats package. Also, you might look at some of the contributed R documentation (http://cran.r-project.org/other-docs.html) for examples of analysis of covariance. “Practical Regression and Anova using R” by Julian Faraway has a chapter on the topic.
