Hello,

I believe you should google "c1 file extension". Apparently it has nothing to do with genetic data.

Hope this helps,

Hello,

I have a set of genetic data in .c1 file.
I plan to analyze using R.
However, I am not sure how to open the c1 file in R program (what is the
command?) in order to look at the data?

Please, help.

Thank you.
