No. If you actually read the Rcpp documentation--eg the Rcpp Attributes vignette- --then you'd know the difference between plugin use via sourceCpp() and proper package development. Which is what we recommend. We also ask that Rcpp-related questions be asked on the rcpp-devel list as they are mostly out-of-context here.
