Some of these are bioconductor packages--you won't be able to install them using install.packages(). See http://www.bioconductor.org/install/. Some (or at least one) has been removed from CRAN (see http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/graph/index.html). As for the rest, you should post the error messages so we can see what the problem is.
