This is an FAQ. you have to explicitly 'print' the histogram: print(histogram(~ Mpool[[2]]$LngtClas | Mpool[[2]]$SpCode, type = "count", col = "lightgrey", xlab= "LngtClas", main = paste("Length distribution per species for Mpool", "2", sep = "_")))
