Jeff, The dataset are 3D landmarks taken from a skull (Homo being the dataset of 3 species of the genus Homo) I am trying to perform Generalised Procrustes Distance and superimposition and as you can see, I am told x is not True. If I also perform is.numeric(Homo) I am told that it is FALSE. I hope that is enough context for you. I also hope you know what's going wrong in my dataset.
