Thank you PIKAL Petr, This is used when you have a big data base of a national sample. So, this factor is a variable that uses the sample in order to obtain information about all the people of the country. Similar of getting a real approach about what's going on in the total population. I don't know how it is called in english (my first tonge is spanish).
