You can try this:

x=seq(-3,0,length=30)
y=1/sqrt(2*pi)*exp(-x^2/2)
plot(x,y,type="l",lwd=2,col="red")

with:
x: your vector between -3 and 0 (you can choose the length of your vector)
y: the probability density function for the standard normal distribution
formula
