Hi all.
The problem is:
I have, let´s say a number of 1000 subjects within a cross-sectional study.
These subjects (=animals) are housed in 50 Farms. I want to model the
influence of farm-specific factors on a binary health outcome (incidence).
How can I implement the farm effects which are affecting individual
health with a set of factors being identical within farm?
In STATA there is a way by modelling these factors with the parameter
"cluster(farmID)". Is there a chance for such a parameter in R?
Thanks to everybody with an idea.
Piet
