I don't think a lot of people here use R Commander so diagnosing something from there may be difficult.
Probably the first thing to do is to supply us with some sample data. The best way do do this is usually to use the dput() command and just copy and paste the output into your email . If it is a lot of data try something like head(dput(mydata, 50)) which should supply 50 rows of data.. I think you can do this by typing it in the Script window. Also we should see the output window commands and error messages. BTW, nice as Rcmdr is, in the longer run, I think you are better off with a terminal and good R editor. Tinn-R for Windows or gedit for linux are not bad and some fanatics love EMACS with ESS :) Wecome to R.
