Dear David, I know that you posted this quite a while ago, and you probably aren't interested anymore, but I thought it might be useful to answer this question because I came across the same problem. As you may have figured out, the error occurs because of the "minsize" argument, which is 15 by default. Changing this number to the number of genes in the set you are analyzing will fix the problem.
