I have the following:
Time A1 A1 B1 B1 C1 C2
x y x y x y
0 5 6 6 7 7 9
1 3 4 4 3 9 9
2 5 2 6 4 7 4
I want to change it to the following:
0 1 2
x y x y x y
A1 5 6 3 4 5 2
B1 6 7 4 3 6 4
etc for a much larger set
I am sure there are ways to accomplish through a lot of for loops but I feel
there is most likely a function to use.
