Hi guys,

I really like the package adegenet for population structure analysis. I used
the function "Fst" from the pegas package (wrapped within adegenet) in order
to generate F-statistic estimates for my data set. However, this does not
provide me with confidence intervals or p-values. I was wondering if there
is a way to generate bootstrapped/permuted p values or confidence intervals?

Thanks,
DF
