Hi all! I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I'd like to calculate prevalence and confidence interval for a clustered sample (design effect estimated at 2). In the old version of epiR the epi.conf function allowed for the design effect argument, but in the new version this doesn't seem to be the case. Is there another package I can use to include the design effect in my confidence interval calculation? thanks in advance!
