Hi,
I am trying to install the package rblas which is an R interface to the BLAS
and LAPACK libraries. I have downloaded the rblas.tar from

First of all, let me admit that I have never installed packages in R from a
local file.
My query is how can I install this package in my R?
I will aprreciate your help.
