You might also enjoy the binconf() function in the Hmisc pkg.

It's above my current synaptic level, but I did learn that someone is
awfully concerned about the accuracy of R's undergirdings.  From this
point on, I'm just going to enjoy the ride.

And Peter: Yes, I did question the accuracy of R because of the Minitab
result, but that has been the nature of my approach to my mostly
semi-scientific endeavors.  I do have your book "Introductory Statistics
with R" as one of my several guides to this adventure.
