‘"legal"’ (or ‘"us"’) and ‘"executive"’ (and these can be
capitalized), or ‘"a4r"’ and ‘"USr"’ for rotated
(‘landscape’).
So I'd use paper='a4r'. You can also set the width and height
directly.
