I have R library's installed in several places on my windows machine.
They are in:
1) C:\Program Files\R\R-2.12.2\library
2) C:\Users\MyUser\Documents\R\win-library\2.12
I can access a library from either location with RStudio, but I can't access
a library from 2) when using R from the command line.
What do I need to change to tell R to look in another place for a library?
