The last lines of the result says: Reading package lists... Done W: GPG error: http://cran.at.r-project.org lucid/ Release: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 51716619E084DAB9
I am in south africa. I looked at the cran mirrors, there is no south africa. I chose Australia. Thanks for more help.
