Please ask about Rgraphviz (and particularly binary distributions of it) on the list of those providing it (which is not R!).

And do use a sensible subject line (which really does need to include 'Rgraphviz'), as the posting guide asked you to.

Dear All,

I run R on a windows 7 machine and it has been worked very well. I installed Graphvis 2.20.3 and Rgraphviz. recently, however, I cannot load the Rgraphviz package and error message popped up The message shown on the pop up window with the title: R Consol: Rgui.exe - Sysytem error
The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

When I searched the msvcr80.dll, it appeared in sub folds of Windows/winsxs/, which is said the correct location by:

I wonder why the .dll could not be called?
Could anyone provide a solution for the problem?

Because if you use Side-by-side ('sxs') installs, you need to add a manifest to access them.

My guess is that you have the wrong install of Graphviz (sic), but you have written the the wrong list *and* blatently ignored our posting guide, so leaving us to make stabs in the dark.

I certainly have Rgraphviz running correctly on R 2.13.0 on Windows 7 (both architectures, but you failed to specify which you are using).

Thanks
