Two things:

(i) This is related to bioconductor, so you should repost this

(ii) When you repost to bioconductor, please elaborate on your
question a bit more and also include a small reproducible example that
shows the problem you are having, since I'm not sure exactly what you
mean by the way you describe your question above.
