In fact, Euclidean Distance Matrix Analysis (EDMA) of form is a coordinate free approach to the analysis of form using landmark data which was developed by Subhash Lele and Joan Richstmeier. They also developed a computer program (http://www.getahead.psu.edu/comment/edma.asp) that allow to perform several techniques including EDMA I-II but I wonder is there a package or code available in R to perform EDMA...
