Hello, I've created an application (IDE for ecological modelling) on the basis of Eclipse which uses Rserve http://www.rforge.net/Rserve/ http://www.rforge.net/Rserve/
to archieve this. I also implemented a small api to send or access data from or to R and Java. The transfer is very fast. I've also created a lot of examples which demonstrates the use.
