Prezados useRs,
Venho enfrentando duras batalhas para instalar o nloptr, devido a
problemas na instalação do nlopt.
Por fim, consegui instalar o nlopt, mas ainda tenho problemas para
instalar o nloptr.
Seguindo a dica do autor do nloptr, executei a linha:
- R CMD INSTALL
--configure-args="--with-nlopt-cflags='-I/usr/local/include'
--with-nlopt-libs='-L/usr/local/lib64 -lnlopt'" nloptr
No entanto, o output é:
- Warning: invalid package ‘nloptr’
Error: ERROR: no packages specified
Alguém tem alguma dica?
