Buenos, Ecologia. estou querendo fazer a previsão de espécies de uma comunidade com a 'unconditional variance'. No 'vegan' os prórpios autores advertem:´The functions are based on assumption that there is a species pool: The community is closed so that there is a fixed pool size *S_P*. Such cases may exist, although I have not seen them yet. All indices are biased for open communities.´ Procurei no BiodiversityR, mas nada. Se alguém tiver trabalhando ou souber de alguém que tenha algum script que gere essa variancia e puder diponibilizar.... bom estou interessado.
